What is a contractor account?
HVAC contractors, installers and businesses can apply for an account with pricing below what's listed on the site. No license required. Apply online, we call you, and your account is set up with your salesperson. Apply for contractor pricing.
Do you offer wholesale or volume pricing?
Yes. If you're buying several systems at a time, ordering regularly, or want to send your own freight carrier to pick up in , we'll quote you wholesale pricing well below the prices listed here. Request wholesale pricing.
Who can buy?
Anyone can buy: contractors, businesses and homeowners. A contractor license isn't required. If you have one, you can add it to your order.
Is the equipment new?
How are commercial rooftop units delivered?
We recommend shipping them straight to the job site; freight is included in the price. The driver does not unload, so have a forklift and operator there (or a crane to set the unit on the roof). If you need us to arrange unloading or a crane, we can for an extra charge, quoted with your order. Picking up in instead takes the whole freight charge off.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Curbside LTL freight is included in every price. The only extra is a liftgate, if you need one.
Can I pick up?
Yes, and you save $ on every system, condenser, air handler, furnace, coil and heat kit. Place your order online, choose local pickup in at checkout, and we'll call or text to confirm the address and pickup time. You can pay ahead, or pay cash when you pick up.
What if freight arrives damaged?
Inspect every unit before you sign. Write any damage on the delivery receipt and take photos, then text us right away. Signing "clean" makes a freight claim very hard to win.
Can I return a unit?

Do efficiency rules affect what I can buy?
Yes. In the Southeast and Southwest (including TX, OK, FL, GA, AZ and CA), new split AC systems must meet a higher SEER2 minimum. Checkout checks your ZIP code against each unit and warns you if one doesn't qualify.
